This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone, company name and location, what the business does, your timeline, and anything else you choose to send.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, and the time and page of each request, the way any web server receives this. We run no analytics and do not track you across visits.
- From public sources: business information that is already publicly available.
How we use it
- To evaluate whether your business is one we would want to acquire, and to talk with you about it.
- To send messages related to that conversation, including scheduling.
- To keep the site working and to prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery service, and where the law requires it.
This site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. That request reaches Google directly and gives it your IP address, the way it would on any site using Google Fonts. We do not use Google, or anyone else, for analytics or advertising.
If we think another buyer would be a better fit for your business, we may pass along your name and a description of what the business does. We ask you on a call first, every time, and we do not do it unless you say yes.
Email and text messages
If you give us an email address, we may email you about your inquiry. If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about it too. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop the texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
If we do not move forward, we generally keep inquiry records for up to twenty-four months. If we do move forward, we keep records as long as our legal and business obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these, email us.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, though no method is completely secure. Please do not send account credentials or customer personal information in an initial inquiry.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.
