What we look for
Profitable companies in the trades, logistics, facilities, and adjacent service work, generally doing $500,000 to $5 million a year. We also look at established e-commerce businesses, though that is a smaller part of what we do.
We are narrow on purpose, and we would rather tell you early that something is not a fit than take up your time.
How a conversation starts
A first call runs about twenty minutes. What the business does, who runs it day to day, and what you would want your life to look like afterward. We do not ask for financial statements, tax returns, or anything about your customers on a first call.
